Women’s Health Week 5-9 September

 

RB4_6119Life Activities Clubs across Victoria will be offering a range of activities for women to join in during Women’s Health Week 5–9 September. From line dancing, and other forms of dancing, table tennis, walking, Tia Chi, Keep Fit classes, cycling and more. Our clubs have an inclusive policy so men are welcome to join in – we encourage all older people to get lots of healthy, physical activity. Search our club webpages for an activity that appeals and give them a call: all clubs welcome visitors to try out their activities.
